Shipping Policy

Shipping usually takes between 5 to 10 business days.

As soon as your order is placed and paid, you will receive your first email notification.  A second email will be sent to notify you that your item/items have been shipped. 

I'm D.O.P.E is not responsible for situations beyond our control such as inclement weather, incorrectly provided addresses or lost packages by USPS.  In the event that your items are lost or damaged during transit, you must file a claim with USPS.
